Sweepstakes Rules for FRIENDLY BRAND
Flüt Giveaway in California

Based on the California Sweepstakes and Contest Rules, here are the draft sweepstakes rules for your FRIENDLY BRAND giveaway in the CA market: 

 

Eligibility: 

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Open to legal residents of California, 21 years of age or older.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Entry: 

  • You can enter the sweepstakes by visiting our website at https://friendlybrandusa.com/ and completing the online entry form.
  • Limit one entry per person per day.*
  • No purchase necessary.

*See entry form for an exception to one entry per day limitation.

Sweepstakes Period: 

  • The sweepstakes will begin on June 1, 2024 and end on July 31, 2024.

Selection of Winner: 

  • The customer winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period for a total of 10 winners that will each receive a Flut vaporizer lunchbox bundle.
  • The budtender winners will be selected based on how many FRIENDLY products that they individually sold during the sales window from June 1 to July 31 for each participating budtender.
  • The top-selling budtender from each retail location will be entered into the random drawing. From these top sellers, 10 lucky winners will be chosen to receive The Flüt device with Müg lunchbox.
  • The winners will be notified by email within 10 business days of the drawing.

Prize: 

  • The prize for the sweepstakes is one FLÜT VAPORIZER LÜNCHBOX BUNDLE including LÜNCHBOX, FLÜT Vaporizer Base, FLÜT Triple Quartz Coil, FLÜT Ceramic Coil, FLÜT Müg Glassware, FLÜT Dab Mat, TÜL (Pick, Sickle & Shovel), FLÜT Lanyard, UL Wall Adapter, USB-C Cord.
  • No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize is allowed, except at the sponsor's discretion.
  • The winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize.

General Rules: 

  • Employees and immediate family members of FRIENDLY BRAND and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.
  • All entries become the property of FRIENDLY BRAND and will not be returned.
  • FRIENDLY BRAND reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution: 

  • This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
